Lindsay Kennedy
Founder & President
Lindsay Kennedy is a freelance attorney doing ghostwriting for attorneys on a wide range of civil litigation cases. She is also a military wife and mom to two elementary-aged daughters. Being a military spouse led her to the creation of Legal Reinforcements, a business that helps law firms hire military talent as remote legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys. When she is not drafting briefs or helping military spouses, she enjoys advocating for changes in the legal profession to allow for more non-traditional options so both parents are afforded the opportunity to enjoy their family.
Many moons ago, after graduating from Chase College of Law, she clerked for Judge Richard Smoak in the Northern District of Florida and clerked in the Eastern District of Kentucky. She has loved the adventure of military life and enjoyed living abroad for 6 of the last 12 years in Germany and Korea.
Alisha Flanighan
Director of Operations
Alisha was a military spouse of 6 years and grew up overseas as a military brat. She is also a mom to two wild toddler boys who keep her days exciting and busy. Alisha has lived in Germany, Colorado, California, Texas, Mississippi, South Korea, and is now in Tampa, Florida. She is a 1L at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, hoping to land in the Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisition, or Financial Transactions field.
Alisha is employed at Banker Lopez Gassler P.A., as a Legal Assistant. She has experience in Family Law, Bodily Injury, Property Damage, PIP, and Windshield Glass litigation.
Her previous role as a Recruiter at DISH Network introduced her to her love of helping people with their job search and combined with her commitment to the military community, she jumped at the opportunity to embark on this journey of helping military talent find employment.
Alexis Cole
Talent Acquisition Manager
Alexis has been a military spouse for 2 years. She met her husband in Florida while he was stationed at MacDill AFB. Alexis has (luckily) only lived in Florida. Her favorite thing about living in Florida is that no matter where you are located there is always a beach nearby. Alexis graduated from Polk State College in October 2023 with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
Alexis is employed at Kabbe Law Group, LLC as an executive assistant. She has experience in estate planning and probate matters, litigation, and trademark law.
Alexis’ previous roles as a Team Leader and Assistant Operations Director at Chick-fil-A showed her love for going above and beyond with customer service and professionalism. This experience has developed her urge to help people in the present as well as in their futures. Alexis wants to continue to show military spouses that they too can have a career while supporting their service members.
Tiffanie Maynard
Executive Support Analyst
Born and raised in Miami Beach Florida, Tiffanie is a proud first-generation Cuban/ Venezuelan. Fluent in Spanish and English, she holds her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and has a background in Administration and Journalism. Tiffanie is married and has a beautiful real-life princess as well as two amazing dogs. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach and at Disney World with her family.
